Drakkar @ ASR.

We headed down to the ASR trade show in San Diego last weekend to check out what was going on in the industry and despite a slow and not too busy show we were able to connect with a lot of people and used the down time to get some major deals done. As you already know we are doing We All Ride in Canada now and it was great to meet up with owner Cole and meet their entire team while we were down there. The new line looks amazing and WAR has really brought the professionalism to the table for the next season. They have big plans in the making, including a full motocross team, sponsorship of snowboarders and new garments that we know our loyal dealers here in Canada are going to love. We will keep you up to date on that as it develops.

Also on hand at the We All Ride booth was X-Games 16 Silver medalist in Best Whip Jarryd McNeil. Be sure to watch the video below and get acquainted with this up and comer in the FMX world.

Drakkar was also able to meet with another line while at ASR which we have big plans to represent correctly in Canada and once the deal is done we will be issuing a full press release. All we can tell you at the moment is that Canada is going to be very happy about the line and what we plan to do with it. Stay tuned and thanks for all the continued support.

Red Bull X-Fighters Russia.

On June 26th the Red Bull X-Fighters tour set down in Moscow Russia and put on a show that no one there will soon forget. The course there was definitely catered to a free rider and I would say looked to be the most difficult course of the tour so far. Check the video below on the building of the course and the following vid highlighting all the greatest moments of Red Bull X-Fighters Russia.

Brass Knuckle Therapy fighters reign supreme this past weekend.

This past weekend BKT had some fighters doing battle in a few different cages around Canada. In Edmonton Canada at WEC 49 both Mark Hominick and Chris Horodecku came out with the win to make the BKT camp very proud. Both fighters and their corner men were seen running the BKT “fist” New Era hats, which will be up for sale on the Brass Knuckle Therapy website soon.

In Montreal BKT fighter Adrian Wooley defeated competitor Randy Spence in a total war of a fight, the match was stopped in the 4th round due to a TKO from punches. Also on this card BKT fighter Misha Cirkunov was doing battle, but was caught in and arm-bar in the the second round and forced to tap. No shame in losing Misha, your our boy and we always got your back.

Twice : the Cam Sinclair story.

Cam Sinclair has a movie coming out soon called Twice and it catalogues his terrible crash during a double back flip attempt, his recovery and return back to the top of FMX. Amazing story and a great inspiration to anyone who needs to defy the odds to get back to where they need to be.

Court McGee wins this years TUF.

Well this years The Ultimate Fighter series was one of the best I have seen in a long time. The fighters were amazing, the coaches were amazing and the show really seemed to be about the the sport and pushed aside the sometimes over done drama. Court MacGee who won the show is a man that defies the odds and went through some really hard life events to get to where he is today. From his drug addictions, to over dosing and being pronounced dead he was able to get his life in order and come back to become a fighter in the most prestigious league in the world. He dedicated his win to everyone that had ever struggled with anything and said he knew what it was like and was happy he made it out alive. Well done Court and Action Recon wishes you a long and healthy career in the UFC.
